Dr Baden has written at lease two books on his specialty. He is also an expert witness who testifies at trials.

It takes about 3 hours for digestion to complete. After this there may be no possible indication. IMO
The testimony at the Trial of OJ had Marcia question Police detective on this: usually not useful.
