Below are two URL's for articles on Lizzie mock trials held in 1996 and 1997.

http://www.unl.edu/DailyNeb.arch/zzzzz/10-96/18/arts/liz.html

http://www.service.com/PAW/morgue/news/1997_Sep_19.TRIAL.html

The 2nd article covers the Stanford Univ. mock trial with Rhenquist and O'Conner.  It also mentions Condaleeza Rice as one of the jurors.

There are two kinds of evidence: direct (eyewitnesses) and circumstantial (implicit from the facts).
C. Rice seems to have confused "circumstantial" with "suppositional".
The lack of evidence against Lizzie says 'not guilty'.
But you can suppose any number of things if you do not look at the whole big picture.

E Radin did this by supposing that it was Bridget who did it. It works as long as you don't know the evidence (Lizzie said "it wasn't Bridget or anyone who worked for Father"); she KNEW! And Bridget had to do it before Andy left at 9:15AM; no evidence for this.

I don't know if this matters, but I believe Andrew left at very near 9 a.m. whilst Bridget was out in the yard throwing up.

I can't figure out why Morse didn't leave with Andrew...they neither of them were on a time-table (that we know of...)
Were they headed in different directions?

I was able to purchase the Rhenquist trial on audible.com a while back. It is a tape of it, recorded for the computer, about an hour and a half long. I have since checked their web site and it is  no longer available for sale. And it only cost me $3.95~

I have yet to listen to it. I will try to do so as I have an entire week off ----spring break!

Once I listen to it, maybe I can respond better to Ray's statements.
