The government in its eternal quest to spend more of our money has an interesting site which shows the popularity of baby names through the years.

Of interest to me, Harry, was the 8th most popular name for a male baby in 1892.  Now my knowledge is complete. 

Bound to be more popular now thanks to Harry Potter!

Looks like your name peaked at #8 and stayed there quite a while...yet disappears off the charts in 1881, 1885 & 1886.

Thank you redfern.  While I am not normally a believer in this type of thing, I have to admit it has me pretty close about 85% of the time.

I'm going to see how it does with other names of people I know something about.
