Interlachen was the estate of Spencer Borden.  Attached are a photo
and an interesting article about it.

Lizzie wasn't the only one to name her property after all.  Of course her fortune pales when compared to Spencer Borden's and perhaps her pretense of equality made those tongues wag.

Fall River was quite beautiful then, I can understand
why Lizzie didn't ever move.
