this is not a literal anagram, but all letters are in the name. if nothing else it's kind of fun. i came up with these. i wonder if anybody else can come up with some. now, it would be funny if that's where the solution lies, wouldn't it?
LIZZIE ANDREW BORDEN:
lizzie andrew borden died alone, derided and branded a baddie.
lizzie did a bad bold deed.
lizzie ironed linen.
lizzie lied. lizzie won.
lizzie needed an odd alibi. lizzie needed lead in barn.
lizzied nailed a blade in bone and brain.
dead dad did bleed.
a blade rained blood.
actually there is free software that will literally find every word in the english language. i was toying with the idea of making sentences. i had trouble finding a verb that would describe the murder act -- no "k" for kill, no "m" for murder, no "s" for struck. then i realized "nailed" would work. likewise, no "x" for axe. but there is "blade." i'm looking for a word to represent abby. for andrew, there is "dad."
here's one: dad laid down, dozed, and died.
here's one for abby: one died near nine.
and: a blade drew blood near an ear. blood rained near a bed.
perhaps this is stretching it (maybe not, if it's worth investigating) but if you adjust the spelling of abby's name . . . abbie needed new linen on a bed and died in a daze.
here's one for an innocent lizzie: lizzie did no bad deed.
i don't know what the odds are in this, but i remember (can't remember the name of the book or any details) but i once saw where someone really worked at this and the results were amazing. (not lizzie.) one was abraham lincoln.
