I was entertaining myselph today by reading the pheedback of that certain eBay seller (everyone's phavorite). It seems to me a new low mark has been struck.  That person is actually using the Pheedback Phorum to blast another seller -- someone we know.  I guess the idea is to get a "shill" to bid on one's items and have that person (I use the term "person" loosely here)post pheedback and include a negative comment about one's competitor.  The seller then responds by making phurther negative remarks.  I tried to report this to eBay, but they don't seem to have a category to phit it, so I went on one of their community boards and mentioned it in the hope an eBay "pink" (employee) would notice it.  What next?

I don't know, Edisto.  I wish I did.  What does it take to make eBay realize what that person is doing?  I've lost some respect for that site.  They are either too busy to read the complaints on her or they don't care.
A few months ago, I ordered a disk phrom her.  She not only refused to sell it to me but she told eBay I had bought things from her and given them to someone else whom she claims then stole them.  Total lies.
I am always very honest with everyone.  I had never purchased things from her and then given them to someone else so they could steal.  It never happened.  She wrote eBay and ripped my reputation to shreds.  For what reason???
I'm glad you posted here about it.  At least our group can know about it and not phall into her clutches.

I was just looking at eBay to see what Lizzie books were
listed & clicked on an auction by everyone's least phavorivte
seller & they were "invalid" and then I looked at her
feedback & it says she was "not a registered user", gee --
I wonder what happened?

I dunno what happened this time, but I do know this seller has been suspended before, and that's the way she was listed then.  Alas, the suspensions are usually temporary.  I wonder how many times one has to be suspended before it's made permanent.  (An infinite number?)

Apparently there is one on every forum!  There is this woman who takes other people's stuff off of this other forum I'm on, she does copies of copyrighted Disney artwork and tries to pass it off as real posters, etc.  Her name is Ms. Tinker, but, to the members on this forum she is Ms. Stinker.  From what I hear, people have tried to stop her and she lashes out at them in the worst ways, giving other sellers negative responses and such.  What is with these people anyway?

"They" had some pretty stupid feedback jabs going on with
their son. Maybe eBay saw your post that she was having
family members bid? It is about time they did something,
if bidders don't pay after a couple of times they are
promptly removed -- but sellers can scam all they want
to -- an they are the ones who are stealing when they
don't send what has been paid for, not the idiots who just
like to bid & win.

Someone is actually stealing from a huge company
like Disney? Has she been turned in anywhere besides
eBay?

I guess someone on the forum knows someone who works for corporate Disney and they are going to check into it.  I wish these people could be stopped, maybe then I might try and buy something from eBay myself.

eBay isn't all bad guys -- I've gotten everything I've
paid for -- I haven't always been happy with what I
bought -- but it always arrived. Books are an excellent
buy -- you don't have to worry too much about it being
right -- and they have some great bargains.

I had won one item from this certain seller, a LONG time ago, by now, but I will never forget how rude and nasty she was. She "decided" not to sell the item to me, because she thought the price was not high enough. I thought that that was such a joke. Did E-Bay DO anything? A BIG FAT NO!!!! This is why I have closed my account with them and have gone else where!!!

I now go to Yahoo and Amazon. And I also trade with other Lizzie fans one on one... I do not collect anything particular, anything that cathces my eye. I have most all of the books and ALOT of the items from the B&B and the Historical Society.

I am about 4 hours from Fall River. I wish that I did live closer. And I wish I were able to purchase either Maplecroft and/or The Borden House....
