Oh, Stefani, not again?! Have you ever turned her in to eBay?
They will do things when it is another seller saying they are
using coprighted pictures. I never heard a word when I said
she was doing it, but before as a seller they were very prompt
in removing my copyrighted images from a sellers auctions.

How sad is that?  I was reading about this thing she has for sale and that she states that she created it, how about giving credit where it is due?  Urrrg, that makes me so mad!

Unfortunately, eBay to some extent nurtures people like this.  My husband was recently bamboozled out of $65 by an eBay seller.  My husband himself sells on eBay, so it's to their advantage to work with him.  This scam artist (no, not my husband, the other guy) apparently took several people's money and absconded with it.  My husband reported it to eBay, and their response is that they can't find him!  Duh and double-duh!  That's why Keith got in touch with 'em!  The dishonest seller has been suspended by eBay, which means my husband can't even post bad feedback.
The person who's selling this (my nickname for her is Phlame-thrower, but Phart works too) has a very naive idea of the law.  On the old Lizzie Borden Message Board, she came out with the novel pronouncement that eBay sales aren't taxable.  Of course they are!  The only thing that isn't taxable about eBay is the Internet service itself.  Sales are taxable in the same way other mail-order sales are, and the sellers are required to report their profits to the IRS.  Of course, if a person thinks eBay sales aren't taxable, then that person probably isn't reporting her sales to the IRS, is she?

You don't think just because someone would take someone's
copyrighted materials they would cheat the IRS do you?!

No, but I think if a person is basically dishonest, he/she is probably dishonest about a lot of things - not just one.

I was kidding, I hope everybody isn't taking my attempts
at humor the wrong way. I'm a little doped up on Claritin.

"Taxable" may have different meanings.
Any item bought by an individual is subject to state sales tax (and local or county sales tax). Not that it is always reported.
Any profit from "hobby income" must be reported to the IRS for income tax. Maybe also Self Employment, Medicare, and Social Security taxes as well. The IRS WILL prosecute and lock you up as an example to the others; anyone who informs can get a 10% reward of taxes owed.
(As far as I know.)
