Photo of Hiram?

Post by Richard »

Does anyone know if there is a photograph of Hiram Harrington that exists? Either a photograph or a drawing from a newspaper.

I have done some extensive research for a photo of Hiram C. Harrington, but found nothing! Not even the Find-A Grave web site had a photo of Hiram nor his wife, Luranna.

Sorry Richard, I tried.

Have you checked with Stefani; she may have one or knows where you can find one. Just a thought.

Thanks! I guess the gravestone is his official portrait!

You're welcome. If you ever find a photo of Hiram, would you mind posting it here on the forum? I know I would like to see what he looked like, and I'm sure other forum members would too.

Speaking of Photos.

What a classy and wonderful photo of Clea DuVall who played Emma in "Lizzie Borden Took and Ax." Don't you think? (reminds me of something that Angel would have posted, elegance and chic.)

I have always found ols HH interesting. Lizzie names him on the stand as her father's only enemy and the lawyers never press as to why? He could have done it! He says some pretty nasty things about the family according to the press. What happened here? Was he just a jealous in-law? Where did Luranna stand? The whole HH storyline seems to be relatively unexplored...

In that movie I think they got it wrong. Clea DuVall should have played Lizzie. She looks mysterious.

Not what you could call beautiful, she has a pure actress's face. One that can be molded into many parts. Cristina Ricci, on the other hand, looks more like she should be playing the part of Little Miss Muffet. Just not convincing as Lizzie Borden. But then again, neither was the movie.
