And before I go into that, let me tell you why I'm asking...It's the whole "defense files still locked up at the law firm" thing. It BUGS me. I've read why the confidentiality of lawyer/client goes on after death, but at what point does the value of that outweigh the need for historical justice?

Lizzie and Emma didn't have any children. But Abby and Andrew had brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. Couldn't any of THEIR descendants petition the court to have the Robinson et al files opened up, too see if there is anything piece of evidence that might shed light on the real killers of two innocent people?

I've brought this up before, so please forgive the redundancy. ANY new piece of information would be helpful...
