It says this is the second marriage for both parties. So I'm going to say they may have divorced and remarried. Or he married her sister first. But I found no records for a Helen Kelley. Hers is listed as Fall River, Massachusetts. They are both born in Fall River. His occupation is listed as agent, and hers as demonstrator.

No Everett Brown appears in the 1892 Fall River City Directory. No one named Brown appears at 117 Third in 1892. Thomas Barlow does not appear in the 1892 directory. No one named Barlow appears at 10 Lyon in 1892. Bridget Sullivan also does not appear in the directory either. But we know she was there.

James A. Brown consistently remained a painter until his death in 1897 and was the father of Everett F. Brown. I believe this Everett F. Brown is the boy who testified at trial. Everett F. Brown was born in 1875, which would make him about 17 at the time of the murders.
