Double Posts
I think they are happening because after you submit your post you have the opportunity to hit the back button on your browser. When you do you will see your post UNSUBMITTED and in the editor mode - then the option is {save draft] [preview] and [submit] most hit the submit button again which creates a double entry. Mystery solved...
