Can someone tell me where that small unexplained blood spatter was found? Or, where I might go to find the answer?

I think it was on a wall possibly near the baseboard, but I don't know exactly where in the house it was.

Sorry, thought you were meaning where a spot of blood got on Lizzie.
You might be referencing some signs of blood splatter along base of northwest side wall of the guest room. So not directly in the logical direction most would think the blood would scatter based on body location, etc. That said, with the extreme violence of the attack on Abby, hard to get too suspicious about random spots of blood that are still in the close circumference of the body, just not hypothetically perfectly placed.
