Hello, everyone! I am soooo very glad to be here! Thank you so much, Stefanie, for letting me join this wonderful group! I am a passionate "student" of the Borden case and of Lizbeth, herself! I have a little "library" of my own and am currently reading Victoria Lincoln's book. I will read and reread all my books until the material is second nature to me. I don't know how or why I became so fascinated by Lizzie and her Fall River---but, I did----and, I do not think it was just a mere coincidence! I know it was meant to be---for some reason. I feel I "know" Lizbeth, as I am sure all of you do---have that special connection with her. My husband and I have visited Fall River three times now---in 2012 we stayed in the John Morse Room at the Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast. We will be in Fall River again this summer and I hope, this time, to stay in Lizzie's room! I can't get enough of Fall River, it's history or Lizzie! I wish I could afford to buy a house in this city!!!! I feel "so at home" there. Can't explain why either. I visit Lizbeth's grave every time we are there and place flowers there for her. This last time, I had an unbelievable experience at her grave---it really sends chills down my spine---it was such a wonderful experience---after I had time to process it---which took only a few minutes after the occurrence, I was blown away! I feel so honored! Of course, my friends and some family, think I have just "lost" it, BUT I KNOW what I know---I know what my soul knows! Well, I must head to work---I hope to interact with all of you and hear your thoughts and experiences with Lizzie. I am presenting a program on the Borden Case next October at our local library---people seem to have "caught" my enthusiasm with this case. I have so much more I want to discuss and learn here. Hope to see you all soon! Thanks so much, again, Stephanie, for honoring me with a membership!!! With the utmost respect and sincerity, Janny66

Hi Janny66, welcome to the forum; I apologize for responding so late to your post, but I never expected to find a newbie post in this section of the forum. Don't worry, I'll send a PM to Stefani and see if she feels it needs to be moved it to another section of the forum.

Meanwhile, I hope you will find this is a fun place to be, and that you learn a lot from the discussions.

Welcome Janny66. Hope to see you posting with us very soon! This is a fascinating case, indeed and I know what you mean about having an almost spiritual connection to a place. I felt like that when I arrived in Australia.

Janny66, you've caught my attention here. What happened at Lizbeth's grave site that sent chills down your spine? It sounds so intriguing!!! Please tell.
