Only 1 of 4 known to exist - so claims the seller. How many times have we heard that?

And only six thousand dollars!

Sellers of Porter's book should spend a few dollars on repairs before offering it for sale - they might get a better response. Without exception all of the copies listed are in poor shape.

The price has been 'adjusted' to the low, low price of $3,000.

The outdated 1 of 4 information really discredits the seller. Any collector of this item will know that is laughable. Yet he claims considerable time is done researching his books.
