There's another edition of Porter's 'Fall River Tragedy' out there. This one is published by Lawbook Exchange Ltd. (2005) It's a reprint of Porter's book.
It runs 312 pages.
Check out Amazon.com, Alibris.com and Barnes & Noble.com. I forgot where I saw them at. But I saw four copies for sale last nite going from $94 - $377.00.
One says it was published in June of '08 and another in April of '06. I don't get it, but that's what it said.
