Hi Everyone,
This is an amazing site!!
I signed up months ago, had a family crisis, and never got to post.
I'm happy to say things are well now and I'm ready to dive in!

My passion is the Victorian & Edwardian era.
Everything from fashion, lifestyle, history, antiques and more.
I have enjoyed reading many of your posts.

Along with researching the Victorian era for my lectures, I enjoy:
19th century books & diaries, Victorian Mourning customs, Memento
Mori jewelry, Gibson Girl Evelyn Nesbit, the Titanic, Taphophilia and
collecting antique clothing & accessories.

The story of Lizzie Borden has always fascinated me.
I look forward to meeting fellow Victorian lovers here on this site.

Warm regards,
Victoriana Lady Lisa

Welcome!

I know a few places that are looking for people to dress in period clothing and do library talks. The gig is in Massachusetts, however. Don't know if you are willing to travel to Boston?

Hi Stefani,
Thank you the information, can you please give me more details
or a contact person?
I travel all over the country with my Victorian traveling museum and fashion programs.

YES, it would be great to have her come on Aug. 4th. I saw the website & thought it was fantastic. Can you imagine if she came strolling down the street, people would really wonder what was going on & who she was. I can see her coming down the stairway at the FRHS.
I could get lost in her world in a second.

Hi Lisa - I had fun wandering around your site  I noticed many place names in PA that I recognize! I live in Meshoppen (Wyoming County) now, but formerly lived in the Chase/Dallas area for 9 years. My parents grew up near Harveys Lake. Your collection of Victorian items is fabulous!

You'll find terrific people here - very knowledgeable, fun, lively, and interesting
