I just learned about this feature of EBay. If you don't like bidding (and sometimes losing the item) you may be able to buy the item through EBay Express. You'll pay more but it's yours.
I don't think its anything special as it appears to just gather up all the "Buy now" items for the product you are looking for. May save some time by not having to wade through all the items.
