You will love this! :santa:
Website with past issues of LBQ.
It will look like this - red bound volumes (first picture)

I suggest when you click on one, (I noticed I had to click twice) that you go to the area at the bottom of the window to choose your view.(second picture)
If you click on the “4 square” option, it gives you the overview of all the issues in that volume, and you can pic your issue, or essay within the issue.

Within the full screen with all the squares, note the color banners. The LBQ was organized so that each year had a specific color banner which denotes that year’s publications.

If you are done scanning content, you can use your back button and it will take you to the first page that has the red bound issues, again.

There is another row of bound issues than my photo shows.

(If downloads are available, you’ll have to figure that out yourself )

I am so excited to read these issues, Kat. Thank you SO much for finding these for us. The time when these were written would have been exciting times for readers, as so much was being discussed and shared for the first time.

With photo taking a relatively big event, sort of odd that this is a photo they chose to take. Why not have him posing in his chair?

Ah well, glad they took it regardless.

I had thought the daughters who adored him had left his study exactly as it had been after he passed away. Sentimentality abounded in Victorian times, and maybe the room would be visited by them, when seeking his guidance and to rest therein the peace of his ministry.

To search the content on the page I had to download as a PDF and within my own IPad could then do a word search. Today was searching Bence, Kilroy, Hart.
No Kilroy or Hart found in the LBQ, but an instance where author Brown was disputing a conviction of Ed Thibault about the issue of Lizzie & Prussic acid and Bence.

In the maps, you guys, if you want a good view of everything, try map called
“Fall River City 2.” And you can keep touching it to get closer without losing clarity.

This link takes you to pictures of old Fall River and buildings.

(This pic is of the FRHS hidden space behind the bookcase. When the building was situated elsewhere before it was moved, it had been part of the “underground railway.”)
