Sad story.... reports have it that David Cassidy is near death. Some jerk... posted on David's wikipedia site that he had died on Nov. 19th. Sorry for the language but what sort of person posts such a thing when it's not true. I can see it being a joke and that the person reported expired is in fact healthy and fine. But the truth is Mr. Cassidy is indeed very ill and reported near death. If one of his family members did access Wiki, I can see how they would be wounded by such a premature announcement. It's almost like they were wishing him dead. Get your facts right Wiki jerks. Stick to getting it wrong with Lizzie Borden.

The last time I checked on David Cassidy’s status he was moved to the ICU, and is suffering from multiple organ failure. It doesn’t sound good. So, it is just pure evil that anyone would do such a cruel and heartless thing!

Charlie's body is being held for the next 10 days, at the Corcoran State Prison. If no one claims it, he'll be cremated.

I wonder if anyone will claim it...

Della Reese, singer, actress and 'Touched by an Angel' star, died on November 19, 2017, at the age of 86.

Mel Tillis, Country Music legend and member of the Grand Ole Opry, died on November 19, 2017, of respiratory failure in Ocala, Florida, at the age of 85.

That makes 3 celebrity deaths on 11/19/2017, and all three people were in their 80's!

'and the day before that Malcolm Young of AC/DC died of dementia at the age of 64. Gee!?

Young was brother of two other AC/DC members and one of the founding members of the group. I was never into AC/DC. A little too loud and aggressive for my taste. I lean towards the progressive side of rock. But nonetheless he was a monumental personality in the world of Rock and roll, though he had been sick for many years.

At the time David Cassidy and I had the same hair. Sadly, that's where the similarities stop, though we were the same age. How someone so handsome could die so young in many respects is a conundrum of life. Thus, live for the day.

For those not familiar with David Cassidy, the photo above is of a much younger David, Probably taken over 30 years ago.

The sad outcome was that David Cassidy did it to himself. Though there was much mentioned about Cassidy coming down with dementia, as did his mother, the main condition that did him in was organ failure from drinking too much for too long. If he hadn't taken to drinking, despite his dementia, he could have lived another 10 to 15 years or more.

The youtube clip below is of an interview of David Cassidy with Piers Morgan. Very revealing, very humble, and somewhat mournful. He was a likable guy, as was his father.

I commend your Channel 4 News station. I find it very hard to have respect for anyone who refuses to take responsibility for their actions; Manson was such a man.

Ray Thomas a founding member of the Moody Blues died today. I have been listening to the Moody Blues for 52 years. For many years, especially through the 70s, Ray was the rich voice behind the Moody Blues. I listened to no one else singing as much as I have the Moody Blues, with Greg Lake being a close second. (Greg was with Emerson, Lake, and Palmer) Thomas had a booming, rich, reverberating voice. Some people work at singing. Ray was one of those people, like Nat King Cole, who opened his mouth and the melody just spilled out. Sad to see him go. But the clock keeps on turning and we all need to give it the respect it demands.
