A Marvelous NYC guide book

I found few days ago this marvelous NYC guide book "New York: A Guide to the Metropolis", by G. R. Wolfe, New York University Press, 1975 (published on the occasion of the American nation's Bicentennial).
It is actually a guide book of a disappeared and disappearing NYC, because many buildings descripted in the book don't exist any longer.
