Newbie introduction :)

Hi, folks. Thought I'd introduce myself, since I feel weird about just jumping into a conversation. :newbie:

I stumbled across this forum a few days ago looking for LB sites. I had tried to look for other LB forums, with little success. I'm so happy that this is active, and that members are expected to be civil.

I first read of Lizzie Borden in a book called Mysterious New England, from Yankee Magazine. I've recently reread two Lizzie Borden books from the library. David Kent's Forty Whacks and Arnold Brown's LB: The Legend, the Truth, the Final Chapter. (I know, I know, lol). When I read these when I was younger, I was sold on Brown's theory. Now that I've reread it, I wonder what I was thinking! I'm hoping to read the inquest, the witness statements, and the trial transcripts if/when I'm able.

I'm currently reading another library book called The Cases That Haunt Us by John Douglas and Mark Olshaker. It has a chapter dedicated to LB. John Douglas is a former FBI agent who started criminal profiling...I thought that angle would be interesting.

Pleased to meet you all!
