Nope. the last day of the decade is December 31, 2020 (although it could be said that decades are beginning and ending every second, or even fractions of seconds).

Well, yes, you are correct if we are talking about the current decade. Notice the date I submitted my previous post (Dec 31, 2019); I was talking about the decade previous to the one we are currently on.
