I will light some candles.

We're not supposed to use candles. They are responsible for burned down houses after the power goes out. I already bought flashlights because I just love them!
Sunday started tax-free hurricane supply fortnight.
I've got a new roof! Yay!

I will rely on Max Mayfield this year. He's cool!

I just meant that I would say a few prayers for your safety through this next hurricane season.

Do you have one of those flashlights that you just have to wind up...that doesn't require batteries ?

Thank you Tracy.
That was nice.
It is good to let people know tho about candles.
They really are a hazard here- so I took the opportunity.
Others go out of power too- I would think.

I collect flashlights but don't have that kind.
I'm into battery-operated lanterns now.

What I'd really like is one of those CSI flashlights where there seems to be no blank spot in the center of the beam. I don't know how they do that? Mirrors?

Oh yes...it is good to remind about candles. No point in adding more danger to an already not so great situation huh ?

What about one of those flashlights you shake and it works??

Flashlights are to Kat what post offices were to Uncle John!

I have heard of the shaking kind...would probably be a good thing to have. I am not sure if there are wind up lanterns. I know there are those emergency radio/flaslightphone charger things. Can come in handy in an emerggency.

It looks like work!
Ha!
But it says it charges cell phones and that's a good thing.
Thanks.

That device is very easy to work...honest. I gave them to my Dad and brothr for Christmas last year and they love them. I need to get one for myself.
