The Daughter of Time is a great book. Since I was named after Richard III (right before my birth my father went to Stratford-on-Avon in 1964 for Shakespeare 400th birthday and saw a performance of RIII), I became fascinated by the War of the Roses and it's aftermath. I highly recommend it to anyone remotely interested in that period of British history, or the "unsolved" murder of the two princes.
Yes, RayS, if only Inspector Alan Grant had picked up a book on Lizzie Borden to idle away his time while he was recovering in hospital!!!

The book I saw was titled "The Daughter of Time". Have you read this one Kat? And is it any good? Before I order it I want to make sure it's good. It sounded interesting.Kat @ Wed Jan 03, 2007 1:04 am wrote:That's a very famous Josephine Tey book. I've read that (and every book she ever wrote). I've lent it out a lot too.
