The seller includes a lengthy article on him. The sketch doesn't resemble him though.

Thanks, Harry, as always, you find some pretty cool tidbits! I agree, that drawing looks nothing like Robinson, at least from what I've seen of Lizzie's Trial drawings and such of him. Good info that the seller provided on him though, very good.

The only pictures I think I have seen are trial sketches, which are pretty generic to unrecognizable, so that doesn't bother me; but what I don't like is the lack of context for the signature. Reminds me of some of the ones we've seen framed below copies of Lizzie photos. We don't have info aqbout whether this is from a flyleaf, an autograph book, or a letter. That bothers me.

Here's a photo of ex-Gov. George D. Robinson.

You are so right, Lyddie!
The description has me picturing a name tag! "Clip-mounted"- what is that?

Is clip mounting a frame consisting of glass and clips on the four sides instead of a full frame?
Also, what a different look Robinson has in the photo, Harry! Has a lot of time passed since the trial? He looks much older and not nearly as healthy.

Actually, he resembles a cough drop Smith Brother now!
