1. Lizzie Borden B&B/Museum. Located at 92 Second Street. Telephone number: 508-675-7333.
This is the house where the Borden murders took place in 1892. You can stay the night or take a tour. Please visit the Lizzie Borden B&B/Museum web site for times and prices. No visit to Fall River is complete without this experience.
2. The Fall River Historical Society. Located at 451 Rock Street. Telephone number: 508-679-1071.
The FRHS houses the world famous Lizzie Borden exhibit, featuring the exhibits presented at the trial of Lizzie Borden. You MUST see this portion of their collection. It is suggested that you call or visit their web site for hours. They change in the summer months.
3. Oak Grove Cemetery. 765 Prospect Street. Telephone number: 508-324-2750.
This is the final resting place for most of Fall River, including the entire Borden family. The route to Lizzie's grave is clearly marked by a blue arrow on the concrete.
