Born a monster spewed from hell
With horns and a serrated tail
Lusting for a maiden’s virgin blood
It hides beneath the shit and mud
Reaching up to pull her down
Her screaming plea a mournful sound
It looks deep into her eyes
It feels some pity for her cries
If only it could hold her in its arms
Seduce her with a smile that charms
It longs to kiss her, stroke her hair
To cradle her within its lair
Only dreams for such as it
What it is, it can’t forget
A demon knowing nothing of love
That hunts beneath the world above
And when its lust has been fulfilled
It must devour what it has killed
Remorse and pain thy be its name
To slink away in hateful shame
Those eyes that begged for her life
Haunting desires for home and wife
It licks her blood from savage fangs
Condemned to live its murderous reign.
