"And then I'm going back to Ireland!"

Actually, I'm going for the first time, tomorrow. We're going to be visiting Galway and West Port. Therefore, I'll be off the board for a week.

Shall I call up all the Sullivans and annoy them while I'm there?

Ireland seems like a really beautiful country, with all those rolling hills, and all that green, I'd love to see it myself. I hope you have a good time, and DO take lots and lots of pictures!

I wish you could find Bridget's relatives and ask them if they know her 'secret' is...what WAS it that she took to her grave ?

It WAS a fabulous vacation, with a whole week of sunlight! Who gets sunburned in Ireland? I DO!

I thought Guiness tasted like fermented burnt toast. Blehh!

Glad you're back sound if sunburned!

Here's a link to someone who manages to combine your favorite drink with Audrey's favorite food.

I had it with fish and chips! Really! And I enjoy dark beer!

Well, at least I did try it. While we were visiting West Port, I saw a plaque with the qualities of someone named "Lizzie" in a gift shop, and I especially liked "Will not be satisfied with mediocrity" and "Lives life to the fullest."

That's our Lizzie!

Mon Dieu! I do not like Haggis.. Which I was told is a Scottish dish and not an Irish one-- A faux pas for me!

Ireland is such a fabu place-- Beautiful beyond words.

Next stop.. Paris.

Audrey...I was going to mention the "haggis," (I'm part Scottish), and I looked at your photo again and the thought went clear out of my mind...

I'm jealous, Bob-O and I want to go to Ireland too!
Stef and I have wanted to go since the 1980's!
I only have a book called "Above Ireland" and I look at that and yearn.
