At this time I will back out of the Lizzie Borden case. In my mind the case is settled. The Grein family book is set to be published in the fall of 2016.

Won't you come back and visit, BOBO, we will miss you. So you are to publish the correspondence and the Grein story! I will look forward to reading it!

After 8 yrs. of dealing with the Grien family, they have finally realized just what they have. I have nurtured and spooned fed this family when they didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. Now I am being sued for release of personal information that they said was confidential.
I have over 1100 pages of emails, postal mails, etc. that I have from this family. My attorney says these are mine to do with as I see fit.

I am a easy going fellow, but I'll be damned if I spent 45 yrs. on this case to be black mailed by people that will die in their ignorance.

THESE PAGES WILL BE RELEASED... DAMN THE BOOK! Tim Boyd

I am so sorry you are being sued. It doesn't seem to me that you released such personal information! You were very selective and careful and seemed to have their permission!

Write the book-- I'll buy it!

Enjoy writing and two days before it hits the market come back and soloicit your best and most supportive market.

On a sadder note, my daughter with autism had a dog Maynard who ran out the door ahead of one of my daughter's friends as was run over and killed yesterday afternoon. We are devastated.

RIP Maynard James

They say memories are golden
well maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

A million times I needed you,
a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died.

In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.

If tears could build a stairway
and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.

Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

Tim, it saddens me that you are leaving the forum; I hope this is not a permanent leave, that would be a dirty shame. I am sorry to hear that the Grein family is suing you. I agree with Anthony, you were very careful and selective about what you posted, and you did have their permission.

I am also looking forward to reading your book.

Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about Maynard being killed; my heart goes out to you and your family. Your poem brought tears to my eyes; it brought back memories of when I lost my cat to a car running over and killing it.

May Maynard rest in peace.

Tim, I don't understand why they think they can sue you. Anyway, the family may change their minds again and cooler heads will prevail. Just keep your chin up!

Debbie, I am so sorry about Maynard. Our pets become part of our lives, family and household. It's just awful when this happens. A kelpie cross of ours called Sheba died in the same way years ago. It is devastating and the whole family feels it. Your poem is very moving and expresses it all so well.

Pets aren't always attractive.
They aren't always clever.
They aren't always loving, or even friendly.

But it always hurts anyway when they go...

Sorry to hear it deb.

My fourth and final child has autism. Although high-functioning, she never attached to animals. But she loved Maynard; he was her therapy dog.

My oldest son is the same. But he never had a therapy dog. And I am not 100% certain he could live alone.

Two new family members, Lhasa Apso-Bichon Frise mix, Autry James and Kiefer Maynard. Getting them to pose at the same time is a challenge.

BOBO, I should have asked if you are self-publishing or working with an editor and a publishing house? Mainly I don't want to miss my opportunity for a first edition.

Oh my goodness, thank you for correcting me, MysteryReader.

Tim, my apologies, I am so embarrassed. I misinterpreted your first post. I do want to thank you for posting that the Grein family is writing a book.

Uh, I don't know who you talked to about this, but email content belongs to the sender, not the recipient. By law.
