Andrew’s Farm

Previously I posted an updated photo, courtesy of Michael Brimbau, of the Gardner’s Neck Road Borden “lower” farm in Swansea. Here, once again, is the photo I took in August of 2005:

Those lovely white doors are now bright blue. The house was built in 1780 and sits on 1.1 acres and has a total finished area of 2106 sqfeet. It has two bedrooms and two baths. It was sold to its current owner in 1997. Here is the floorplan:
