I am not sure where they got that info as it has never been published before, nor did birth certificates recorded at the records office from 1860 list it. Perhaps it is a guess? The City Clerk for the city of Fall River informed me by phone just now that Lizzie’s record does not include a time of birth, and that the practice of recording this info in this city didn’t start until the 1940s, she guessed.
