The FOR SALE sign is no longer in front of the house. A birdie told me that a prospective buyer from a certain part of the country came to Fall River on the 12th of September to look at the house and now the sign is gone. The person was there all day, a house inspector stayed for hours, and a decision was going to be made by the next day.
A new era may be on the horizon for Maplecroft. Exciting!
