though your tongue cannot speak<\/span><\/p>\n

if I have done what is right<\/span><\/p>\n

why must dusk air so bleak<\/span><\/p>\n

tis three weeks dawn summer<\/span><\/p>\n

I clench onto life<\/span><\/p>\n

endowed me by father<\/span><\/p>\n

but not by his wife<\/span><\/p>\n

and, when the jay starts to caw<\/span><\/p>\n

the bee governs her hive<\/span><\/p>\n

with cup tulips a bloom<\/span><\/p>\n

warm breezes arrive<\/span><\/p>\n

from the trials of August<\/span><\/p>\n

buds forth maples in June<\/span><\/p>\n

birth springs so young<\/span><\/p>\n

my soul parts so soon.<\/span><\/p>\n

I yearn my ain countrie<\/span><\/p>\n

this hull lists as I sail<\/span><\/p>\n

strikes brazen and bold<\/span><\/p>\n

will it leave me in darkness<\/span><\/p>\n

has my poor soul been sold<\/span><\/p>\n
