Trial testimony, page 247
BRIDGET: "Oh," I says, "Lizzie if I knew where Mrs. Whitehead was I would go and see if Mrs. Borden was there and tell her that Mr. Borden was very sick." She says, "Maggie, I am almost positive I heard her coming in. Won't you go upstairs and see." I said, "I am not going up stairs alone."

Thank you Christopher! That's what I was looking for! I don't know why I missed it in the Trial testimony, maybe I was looking too hard for too long. I was positive I had read it, but I thought it was from a previous post quoting the Preliminary.

A. I said, "Miss Lizzie, if I knew where Mrs. Whitehead's was I would go and see if Mrs. Borden is there.” She said, "Maggie, I am almost positive I heard her coming in," she said, "I am sure she is up stairs." I said, "I am not going up again."--Trial page 248
Yooper I'm not *tap-dancing* nor misleading anyone- most of my posts that are directed at arguing this very point of "Lizzie's voice" can be found over every Forum I've been on for years. I think it's fair to distinguish between what people said Lizzie said and what Lizzie testified to under oath at her inquest. I don't discount what other witnesses say, but Lizzie cannot be removed from the process. Her testimony - I think- still should be taken into account.
Note I did construct the timelines for comparison of testimonies at the LABVM/L website years ago as well- so each person can read, evaluate and make up their own mind.
