There is a book on eBay that is offered for $99. It is supposedly a facsimile of the original that was published in 1893 and of which Lizzie bought up almost all the copies. Is that book worth reading or having?

Whether it is worth it or not I guess depends on whether you are a collector of the books or not.
As you say, this is the book which Lizzie allegedly try to squelch by buying up all the copies. There is no known proof of that.
The original is very rare (not as rare as originally believed) and Mr. Flynn had the book reproduced in a limited number of copies, one of which is the item you refer to.
If you just want to read the book then you can do that for free by downloading it in PDF format at the Lizzie Borden Virtual Library:

I had the PDF copy until I was given the hard copy as a gift. I was thrilled to get it-- But I hope it was not as expensive as $99!
Word for the wise...
Back up all your Internet exclusive Lizzie stuff. Photos, documents, etc.
I bought an external hard drive at Walmart for a little over $100 and keep all my needed and wanted files stored on it-- it keeps my machine free of clutter and if I have to upgrade, do a restore, etc-- I am minutes away from being right where I was before the change.

I've got a reproduction copy of the book though I didn't pay $99 dollars for it! I got it through a book locating business that was listed in the back of Parade magazine that comes with Sunday papers. The repros of the photos in the book are quite blurry, but, its interesting to see what people would get to see if they got a copy of the book in 1893.

For the reproduction, I paid $22, back around 1990.
In fact, Stef has one as well, similar price range.
She also collected an original. I don't know how much that cost.
Isn't $99 a bit much for the repro?

I would think that $99 is at least twice too much for a repro of this book. I get all excited for these books...as some of you know. But that price, for that copy is not even a tiny thrill.
