I have always wandered if lizzie's bed and breakfast was haunted. I mean has anybody spent the night there and seen the ghost of lizzie, andrew or abby? Maybe heard her laugh or something?

I've heard that the Cemetery was haunted. many people claim to have heard screams and a blue-ish glow coming from the family plot (I remember one of my middle school teachers telling me this *lol*. the animal rescue league is also claimed to be haunted. as far as the house go's I knew two people that have had encounters there. one person had a door shut on them and another reported hearing a female cry coming from the guest room.

That's so weird. Wander if people have a hard time sleeping in the house; I jknow it's a bed and breakfeast now.

We stayed in Andrew and Abbys bedroom (actually we slept in the small adjoining bedroom attached to the main bedroom, which was Abby's dressing room), and we slept like babies. It's a beautiful house, with friendlty people, and a fascinating history, but nothing supernatural happened.
If you go into a place expecting paranormal activity, you'll make yourself believe every noise, bump, and rattle is caused by a ghost.

Keim, please refresh my memory: When was your stay at the B&B?

I wondered, because I keep hearing that renovations can cause some ghostly activity.

Well there have been claims by guests another one that I remeber was by a worker there. something about an indent of a body on the bed she just made.

Kat, we visited in June of "02".
And there were plenty of ghost stories then too.

My theory is that a house which is being renovated, or has had recent renovations, is going to have many "growing pains" which will result in resettling of walls and foundations, as well as plumbing and electrical twitches.

During our stay (in the parent's chambers) we were awakened by an odd tapping sound. For a moment we smiled and said "Uh, oh!", but then we realized that it was Ed doing some chopping in the kitchen below our room. A person wearing ghost-blinders could easily convince themselves that there could be no earthly explanation.

Sometimes I think people just have overactive imaginations. I know I do.
