and listen to the weather
and change my name to Mary Brown

I'd buy a good car
and a nicely old house
in Nowhere Nebraska
and dream of Alaska

I'd eat peanuts 'till noon
and listen to sunsets
and smile at the mailman
and cry
if I was Lizzie.
I'd waste every day
and then I would say
"it was them,"
and "them" would be the biggerest word for me,
if I was Lizzie.
