Your school counselor can give you some specifics and will keep things confidential.

The best advise I can give you is DO seek help, and if you are on medication, stick to it, it will eventually help. Try to stay positive by keeping yourself busy, talk to friends and family, but most importantly - get help!

Dear people thanks for the response

,Audrey I've called the # and they threatened to send an ambulance but
i still have them on speed dial. Tracy, good job looking up the # for my school my cousulers there refered me to a shrink. I told her thanks but
i have one. The medication makes me violent and "edgy" and last my shrink blamed my family for my condition.
Me and my bro used to be close and
i tried talking to him HE SAID I NEED TO BE IN A STRAIT JACKET.
Whether me or my family someone is going in a grave.

If your medication is making you violent or edgy, tell your doctor about it, and he or she can try something else that might work better for you. TRUST me, I have been there, the medicine is supposed to help you not make your situation worse.
Is there a family member or a close friend you can confide in? Talking about your problems is important, don't bottle them all in. I know these are all just WORDS to you now, but I have been there, and you CAN feel better.

I've also been there on more than one occassion in my life, and I agree. You can feel better. You can get it under control if you get the right help. And if your meds are having an adverse effect, please CHANGE THEM. If that med has an adverse effect, change it again. You have to find the one that is going to work best for you before it can help. Depression doesn't have to rule your life, don't let it.

Liz...please get into the person they referred you to...give it a try at least. I know you already have a doc to see, but it seems that doc hasn't connected with you yet...keep kicking and fighting until you get some help. DO NOT GIVE UP. PM or email me if you want.
