Many thanks to you all for your birthday cards and greetings! I have not visited the Forum as much as I like to during the past few months and just saw my birthday posts today.
I had a good birthday topped off by dinner with Marilou at the local Red Lobster. We each had clam chowder and the broiled seafood platter at the restaurant. Then home for birthday cake, actually a Boston cream pie Marilou made. Later we enjoyed a couple of episodes of a TV program we recently discovered and available on DVD called "Six Feet Under." The program is a somewhat offbeat tale about a family operating a funeral home in or around Los Angeles.
I'm glad to say it was a pleasant day and that officially I made another year!
