I've been looking at the Lulu Press site, and am thinking of soon beginning to collect the 3 volumes of the trial transcript.

I think it would be great if all 3 volumes were packaged together in a slip case for $75 - $80 or so. Is there any chance of such an edition being produced?

Roy, I toyed with the idea of putting the book together as one volume, but the page count made that really impossible, considering the binding choices I had for paperback books with LuLu.

LuLu has recently added the hardcover book binding to their options, and I will look into producing a hardcover version in one volume.
