He kind of looks like Paddington Bear. Made wonder if that was a real bear loose in that fish hatchery if there would have been as great of a loss? Thanks for the link, Doug.

Sharp-eyed you are, Susan! One of the other news items on the web (there's a few but this was one of the only links with a photo) identifies the vicious brute as a Paddington. I thought when I first saw it it might be a Boyd's bear, but it's not. (They came out earlier this year I think it was with a rain-coated bear. But he comes with a little yellow duck.)

Place that bear under arrest! Where's Knowlton when you need him?

My guess is they're saving that part (figuratively at least) for the person who might come forward to claim the back-stroking bruin. I'd love to see that on video.
