The Michael Martins COA sounds real enough, but the price...is SO NOT real. Even if I were to plunk down $5K...I would want to speak to Mr. Martins personally...just to make sure.

Haven't we seen this before, and quite recently too?

Tracy, there is probably something posted in the Second Hand Shop, but I haven't gotten that far yet!

Found it, nestled away in Second Hand Shop, under "eBay offering". This was sold last summer on eBay, and sold then for $2,500. Here is the original auction:

Great link Stuart. It appears that the bidder who won in June wants to sell for twice what he/she paid. Wonder why ? Maybe that was the plan all along...?

Yes Tracy. I spoke to Mr Martins about this item an showed him a copy from the last ebay offering a while back.

He verified that it is original but that it is only part of a greater note since he last seen it. Apparently there was more to the note, but it is not as it existed when he last handled it.

For 5000.00 dollars, he can keep the signed note. I love Lizzie, but that's a bit obsessive.
