Does anyone remember posting some pictures of various axes, cleavers and ice axes? I can't find it. I want to take another look at the ice axe.

You can find pictures of one of them on the Lizzie Borden website, if you click on crime library, and then look under possible murder weapons.

This tool strikes me as one that can maybe be classified as a tool of the trade. Would it have been handy around the average house?

Ice chipper was what I was trying to find. It would have been used in the home for the ice blocks used in the ice box.

hrmmm..... those could have all been the weapon
