A Long Overdue Hello

Greetings to the "old gang" and welcome to those who have joined since I dropped out of site. It is really annoying when life gets in the way of your fun!
First of all, I did try to sign in a month or so ago and realized I had forgotten my password. I found it again obviously!
The last 6 months have been huge transition time at work and I had my office moved in August. Now, these are all good things as I have a much nicer and more private office, got a raise, title, blah blah blah. BUT it seems I have had no life during this transition. Things are starting to even out and there is a slight level of calm finally at work.
Also in August I became "Nana" to my third beautiful little granddaughter, Abigail Marie. We haven't seen her yet as this is our Navy family and they are stationed in GA. Mom and baby were to have flown up this past weekend but mom ended up in the hospital with a kidney infection. So it will now probably be the holidays before they can make it again.
So my "Lizzie Time" has been quite limited. I did catch a show on the History channel back in August and marked the anniversary on August 4 as I always challenge folks if they know what happened this day in 1892. They always forget, where are their priorities!?
Well, just wanted to drop in and say hello and try to catch up on my reading here a bit. WOW, tons of posts since I last visited! That is great.
