Did anyone watch the show? If so, was there a note?

Very funny! It's some schlock story about a television journalist who finds a note left by a passenger who died in a plane crash. Stars Genie Francis of Luke and Laura soap opera fame.
NO, I didn't watch!
But I hope I can stay awake to watch Paranormal State at 10pm on Monday night.

Oh yes that's right!
Thanks for the reminder. The TV ads are so prolific now I barely notice them anymore and would have forgotten!

I did not like that show. I did like the lead guy tho.
I don't want to see and hear about evil things on TV, tho they were careful not to say the name, which was the proper thing to do. It seemed like a black-and-white show tho- not a lot of color- dark.
I don't know that I will watch it again. They did bring out Mrs. Warren tho.

I liked the episode with the little boy & found it quite emotional.
Hated the demon stuff too. Frankly, I don't believe in demons. You believe in that stuff & you are welcoming negatives. Good & evil exist in all of us.
I also don't like the aspect of all these shows where they use creepy music, special effects, etc. Most Haunted drives me absolutely nuts with the green night lights & screaming women. I watched a few episodes & remembered why I stopped watching. I love Rescue Mediums, but even with that I find the dramatizations & music phony. I would love to see a show in this realm done without the fluff.

Tonight there was a clue on Jeopardy about Lizzie Borden. All 3 contestants rang in to answer. Our Lizzie is a popular gal.

About that show- Paranormal State: I don't even like the coming attractions now- I can't imagine what people who really dislike this sort of show think when they are forced to watch a scene from an upcoming show! I'm closing my eyes when they do that now. They should warn people.
I think that lead guy has a future- either as a host or a psychic- he doesn't need this group of kids, nor this format- he has star power.

Barbara, our magazine
The Hatchet is
NAMED in the new
Life Supplement!
There is a short piece on Lizzie.
Bob G. gave the news elsewhere here and I bought a copy at Barnes & Noble today at the mall and there was the magazine mentioned on page 105, in the last paragraph!
I was so excited I handed out a few bookmarks Stefani had made! And I was asked if the B&B was haunted...
People may go looking for
The Hatchet online and find us here! Yay!

I didn't watch the show, either. It didn't seem interesting to me. And, I am not a Luke and Laura, General Hospital fan, so I am probably alittle judgemental on the show.

I don't think I've ever seen one whole episode of a Soap.
I've also never seen one whole episode of The Simpsons.

Cute, Kat. That was real cute.

You had me going there for a few moments. I thought our Lizzie was going to be on TV.
I wonder how Lizzie would have looked in a pair of "movie star" sunglasses?

It seems to me that a similar movie was shot in the '40's or '50's about a survivor of a plane crash contacting the victim's next of kin. I saw it years ago.

Well it certainly was entertaining!
But I couldn't believe the way they decided they had found a Commandment tablet that was overhanging a stream in the rural English countryside. They actually asked a nearby farmer where was the rubble put from when the road had been paved. He said 2 fields over on the left- so to speak- and they think they found the tablet?? EEKK.
