Just wanted to say I've waited quite awhile to join and have really enjoyed and learned much from reading the posts here. This case intrigues me, as does Lizzie.

Just as Kansas is the center of America, LizzieAndrewBorden.com is the center of Lizzie Borden Studies. Happy posting KSSUNFLOWER.

Thanks everyone. Here is something I've always been curious about. Why did Bridget not notice Abby lying on the guest room floor when she went back up to her room around 11 am? Did the house have more than one set of staircases?

There were two ways upstairs, one in the front, going up from the front hall and one off the kitchen in the back, by the side door. Bridgets room was on the third floor in the back of the house. So she shared the back stairs with Andrew and Abbie, who's bedroom was on the second floor in the back. Lizzie and Emma's bedrooms were up the front stairs, as was the quest bedroom where Abbies body was found. There was a door connecting the the second floor bedrooms but it was always kept locked. So, in order to get from Abbies bedroom to the girls bedroom, one had to go down the back stairs, through the house and up the front stairs. Hope that helps........theres a floor plan on the house, somewhere on the forum but I can't remeber where.
