There is one Rebello for $199 on Amazon.com sold by Smart Choice and 5 Todd Lundays at $60 bucks each. Not bad if you need one.

Here's a new book by a fellow named Borden Davis. Apparently, Borden was not his name but was handed down to his father by Lizzie.............yep, Lizzie.

I'm sure everyone has heard the axioms, Never judge a book by it's cover or Cover sells the book. Well, what is Mr. Davis's cover all about? Odd? Is he trying to sell books, crack a spoof? An attempt at wit? And why is the fellow on the cover not smiling?
Yep, that's where I always put my gun when I'm resting against a rock.

Is there some kind of "provenance" or even a back-up story to his Lizzie connection?
If it's a possible future
Hatchet article, a yes or no answer will do.

How likely can Mr. Davis's story be? Who knows?
But let us look at this aspect of it.
Let us say that Mr Davis is around 70 years old.
This would mean he was born in 1938
Let us say his father was 5 years old when Lizzie baby sat for him.
This happened before the crimes.
Let us say the year was 1890.
That would mean that when Mr. Davis was born his father was 53 years of age.
Could this be possible? Yes. But, is it likely.....?

All sounds highly fishy. And as for the cover- Tex looks as if he were about to do himself an injury with that rifle!

Didn't one of Lizzie's maids have a young son which Lizzie sent to camp as she could not abide youngsters frolicking around the house when the boy visited his mother? I know I heard this story in Fall River.
