You can hear the daddy in the background making silly noises and probably silly faces.

My husband and I watch Americans Funniest Home Videos and they were one of the $100,000 prize winners. They are actually little girls and the father was making faces at them behind the camera to make them laugh. It's a delightful video...they had the girls on the show and they are several years old now...and adorable.
