You are so kind! It's a bittersweet 51st, as my favorite aunt (and my godmother) died yesterday, after a long illness. I was asked by my cousin Linda last night to speak at the service Saturday morning. My Aunt Pat was just a gal from Blissville, NY, but I always felt an unconditional support fdrom her that was very welcome. Also, she was a very funny woman. When I reached the age of 29, she told me that as we were now the same age (we weren't, of course), I could stop addressing her as "Aunt Pat" and call her "Patsy" or even "Sis." I kept her in the loop with cards and xeroxes of my reviews, and phone calls. She was very special to me.
And you are special to me, as well, and I thank you for your birthday wishes - and I'm stunned to see the munchkins as they were, as they've both grown so.
Hugs to all!

Sorry for your loss, Bob.
It's been a bad year for it---several of us on the Forum have lost close loved ones in 2008.
How are those rascally boy cats doing, anyway?

My condolences on the loss of your beloved Aunt- I lost my aunt who was also my godmother a few months ago. She was such a part of my growing up years-and so many memories of summers with her on the farm. All good wishes for a happy and healthy 2009 for you and all those who are dear to your heart. Only 51? Oh, the
best is yet to come!
