Any Gentlemen Callers?

I know that Lizzie never married, but I have often wondered about this. Did Lizzie have any gentlemen callers after the trial? I was just curious if she had any men would come calling on her after the trial. Or were they too frightened to come around after the trial for fear they might get axed to death too?

Supposedly, according to Ruby Cameron, David Anthony killed the Bordens for Lizzie and tho he did not gain her hand in marriage once she was free of her family situation, he continued to visit her at Maplecroft, bringing little Ruby on his motorcycle.
We don't have any stories from her neighbors on French Street that any motorcycle-riding younger beau visited Lizzie there, tho! I think they would have heard him coming and going!

I've never read that Lizzie ever had a boyfriend, but some day we may find something new on that. Myself, I doubt it, tho. I personally think she was gay.
As for Ruby Cameron, she sounds pretty far out there and unbelievable.
